Dent Mar Dental Clinic is one of the most modern and also, one of the most popular dental clinics in Szczecin, as it offers the highest quality of treatment and service standard. By ordering the iGabinet platform. the owners of Dent Mar decied to greatly improve the workflow in the clinic, and move the patient service to a Premium level.
In effect, the original website of Dent Mar has been reimplemented to become a fully functional platform of clinic and patient relationship management. Now, the patient's content management has become a child's play and also the specialists have gained a powerful tool to manage the clinic and to automate the communication with their patients.
We could state, that Dent Mar has a gained new employee in the form of iGabinet, which from now on, completely by itself, will take care for every single patient to be notified about the incomming visit. When the time comes, it will invite him for a follow-up visit. iGabinet will even send the birthday wishes to each patient. All of the communication is done in patients' native languages.
The example of Dent Mar shows again, how easy it is, to integrate any website design with the iGabinet platform. In this project, we used exactly the same graphics that was used in the previous website of the clinic, designed by Wildmoose.

Pan doktor idąc z duchem czasu postanowił unowocześnić organizację pracy i obsługę pacjentów w swoim gabinecie poprzez inwestycję w platformę iGabinet. W efekcie zamówienia, nasi graficy przygotowali dla niego indywidualny projekt graficzny strony internetowej, zgodny z identyfikacją wizualną gabinetu stomatologicznego, którą doktor Flis może teraz dowolnie rozbudować za pomocą wbudowanego systemu zarządzania treścią (CMS).
Wdrożenie platformy iGabinet zapewniło również znacznie lepszą wydajność pracy pracowników doktora Flisa, którzy są w stanie wygodnie zarządzać placówką, jak też gromadzić pełną dokumentację pacjentów i ich zabiegów.
Platforma iGabinet gwarantuje również wygodę dla pacjentów doktora Flisa, którzy są w stanie samodzielnie sprawdzić dostępne terminy przyjęć poprzez stronę internetową gabinetu, a następnie umówić się z doktorem na wizytę, a o zbliżającym się terminie zostaną automatycznie powiadomieni za pomocą wiadomości e-mail oraz SMS. Platforma iGabinet samoistnie poinformuje również pacjentów doktora Flisa o terminie odbycia wizyty kontrolnej, po 6 miesiącach od daty ostatniego przeglądu, a w dniu urodzin złoży im życzenia. Komunikacja z pacjentami odbywa się zarówno w języku polskim, jak i angielskim.

The network of Hipocrates Medical Clinics decided to take avail of the potential of the Internet, by ordering the iGabinet platform in order to improve communication with the patients as well as to increase the quality of their services.
Just as the owners of Hipocrates Medical Center expected, iGabinet has successfully fullfilled all the requirements. We also had a special request from the owners of the clinic, to create a special feature that would allow the patients to share their opinions and to communicate with all the specialists via the Internet. This feature among many others, was implemented successfully.
Due to robust functions of the iGabinet platform, an additional communication channel between the clinics' specialists and their patients, was provided. The patients of Hipokrates Medical Clinics are now able to find out everything they want directly from the website.
